Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining rooms, restrooms, and other guest-facing areas to company standards

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in both front-of-house and designated back-of-house areas

• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed

• Perform light exterior cleaning, including entryways, sidewalks, and doorways

• Assist with quarterly deep cleaning of kitchens, storage areas, and other back-of-house spaces

• Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right person

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50+ lbs

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation — able to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability, including weekends (Sundays are a must), occasional evenings and holidays

• Valid driver’s license preferred (some travel between locations may be required)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Treat guests in a manner to ensure their expectations are exceeded
• Utilize RESY for reservations and the seating program
• Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
• Take guest information and quote wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available
• Clean, organize, and stock menus at host area
• Answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant over the phone
• Interact with incoming guests and departing guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Fill to go orders if applicable
• Maintain restrooms throughout the shift
• Perform other duties as assigned
